We talk. Talk about people. And people talk about themselves too! Also we talk about quitting. About the alternatives for quitting the maze. We share the science and try to make it more understandable here. And we welcome your ideas! If you would like to share your experience, if you have something to say, you believe in what we are doing here or you would like to support our activities, please drop us a note here:
We are free.
We are free. Indeed. And that’s a great asset – to do things you really love to in your life. Even more. Not just love, but things you believe in. We do believe in a smoke free world. A better place for all of us with no cigarette smoke. To be frank, nice people smoke. We hate the massive negative toll that smoking has on all the parts of our everyday lives – it brings ill health and shortens lives to smokers and bystanders, it contaminates the air we breathe and decreases our quality of life.
However, we realise that stopping smoking can be easier said than done. For many, smoking is a daily habit that may seem impossible to stop – even though you know it is the right thing to do for a healthier and a less stressful life. But what if there is another way? What if the ‘stop or die’ dogma is being pushed aside? What if you can find a variety of much safer smoking alternatives that can help you transition away from cigarettes?
We believe that the success lies in one’s knowledge – knowledge can empower people and empowered people can make decisions that they stand by – even if memories of those dirty cigarette days come knocking, you have quit the maze – the decision to leave cigarettes behind comes from an easily accessible and well grounded decision.
We will be glad if something from what we are doing here will help you quit the maze. We share a pragmatic approach to quitting smoking. Unlike the well popularized ‘quit or die’ campaigns, we believe there is something in the middle. We place the primary focus on minimising the harms caused by smoking. We are not interested in judging what is the right or wrong way of living. We believe that consumers have a right to buy safer smoker alternatives and to use the fruits of new technology in the quitting process.
